Quick Care Services

Sunrise Community Health now offers Quick Care Services - from ear infections, cough and cold symptoms to urinary tract infections and many things in between. Currently, Quick Care is offered at our Monfort Family Clinics through walk-in and appointment. Our providers can see patients for the following services under our Quick Care program:

Not Feeling Well:

Abdominal Pain
Constipation, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting

Allergy Symptoms

Runny nose, itchy/watery eyes, scratchy/sore throat, sneezing

Breathing
Shortness of breath with exertion or at rest, chronic/productive cough, wheezing, chest tightness/pressure, previous exposure to environmental or occupational irritant such as smoking or fume/dust exposure, nebulizer

Cold Symptoms

Cough, fatigue, fever, headache, runny nose, sore throat

Ear Pain
Ear pain or pressure, drainage from the ear, hearing loss, fever dizziness

Eye Irritation/Redness

Eye redness, eye irritation or pain, sensitivity to light, drainage from the eye, eyelid swelling or redness

General Pain

Back pain, headaches, minor pain vs. chronic pain

Skin Conditions

Rash, bumps, poison ivy, dry itchy skin, acne, cold sores, head lice, athlete’s foot, bed bugs, blisters, ringworm, skin infections, sunburn, warts, insect bites or stings

Urinary Tract Infections

Painful urination, frequent urination, urgent urination, pain in the lower abdomen, fever

Animal Bites

Corneal Abrasion

Minor injury/scratch to the eye, eye pain or irritation, sensation of foreign body in the eye, sensitivity to light, tearing or drainage from the eye

Minor Cuts & Burns☒Sprains & Strains

Minor injury to a joint, extremity, back or neck, pain in a joint, extremity, back or neck, swelling or bruising of a joint, range of motion limitation

Ear Wax Removal

Improper hearing aid fit, ear fullness or pressure, hearing loss, ear itching, dizziness, known ear wax build up

Incision & Drainage

Painful skin lesion, swollen/red skin lesion, fever or chills or body aches

Minor Cut Wound Closure

Minor injury involving a cut or laceration to the skin

Nebulizer

Shortness of breath, cough, wheezing, chest tightness/pressure

Staples & Suture/Stitch Removal

Minor injury or surgery that requires staple or suture removal

Ring Cutting

Ring stuck on your finger

Birth Control

Starting or refill for birth control

Pregnancy Testing

Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI)

Sores or bumps on the genitals, pain or burning with urination, abnormal discharge from the penis or vagina, lower abdominal pain, fever, rash

Urinary Tract & Bladder Infections

Painful urination, frequent urination, urgent urination, pain in the lower abdomen, fever

Yeast Infection

Vaginal or vulvar itching, associated burning or irritation, painful urination, abnormal vaginal discharge
